“Rob was very helpful, pleasant and professional. The service has provided a solution for my hearing problem. I was given a month to adjust to using hearing aids and continuous support during that time to ensure that I had the information I needed to deal with practical issues that arose in the first few weeks. My hearing is much less of a problem and my wife is very pleased with the results. I feel confident with the hearing aids which are in no way obtrusive.
