In some instances, the companies you review will also receive information about your review.

If your personal data change, or if you no longer wish to appear on the Website, you may contact us to request removal / alteration. If you do ask us to delete a review, we will delete any records of your review or personal details held by us. Trusthear reserves the right to block the access to your profile and/or delete your profile, if the profile or the content of your profile on the Website in our assessment is discriminating, racist, sexually oriented, unethical, threatening, offensive, harassing or in other ways violates the legislation or the purpose of the Website.

3.2 Trusthear may at any time and without notice make changes to its privacy policy with future effect. We will make an effort to provide reasonable advance notice of any such changes. Trusthear shall inform the users of the Website of such changes when the users next view the website.
