Having ascertained that the reviews were excellent, I paid my monies, e-mailed an audiologist report and Robert Donnan of RJD Hearing Care posted the hearing aids (having preset them to my audio-gram) and accessories to me.
I received them, fitted them and have had absolutely no issues.
Robert called to ensure fit and function and offered to remotely fine tune them should the need arise.
I have been ecstatic with both the service and the product and would certainly recommend RJD Hearing Care (through Robert) to anyone purchasing hearing aids.
