I was in denial to my wife’s concerns about my hearing ability, she said I spoke too loud and that I was missing parts of conversation, and that I should get my ears checked out. She booked an appointment for me at R J D Cleckheaton, and after a quick check up with Robert Donnan, it was diagnosed that I did indeed have a hearing problem.
I must admit to feeling the bottom had fallen from my world, But Rob was very patient and soon put me at my ease, He pointed out that I was not an individual case, that people from all walks of life and professions had similar problems.
He suggested that I have a free trial of the Phonak Audeo + compilot air 2 hearing aids for an unlimited period, and purchase them only when I was happy.
Being an HGV driver I was unsure what other drivers might remark. Needless to say 6 months later and no one has noticed a thing.
I purchased the hearing aids and the help and support from Rob and his staff is second to none, I would not hesitate to recommend R J D Cleckheaton, I cannot praise Rob and staff enough for their patience and professionalism.
